Refund policy

Unfortunately at this time we do not accept returns. If you have an issue before your order is shipped, email us or DM us on Instagram @soisoils ASAP and we can get your order canceled for a full refund. And we're reasonable, so if there's a problem or quality issue just send us a note and a photo and we'll make sure you're made whole!
